Our cake was a very light orange flavor with a pineapple flavored buttercream frosting on the outside and an almond buttercream inside. It tasted like the tropics and was heavenly.

Wedding cake conundrum
B will be gone for our (first) anniversary in June, and I'm starting to wonder what to do about our wedding cake! I wish there were some way to send him a piece! I want call the bakery and ask them to do a mini cake in a jar, but the odds of them doing that for us is probably slim :)

My first anniversary is at the end of this month and my hubbys not going to be home for it either. :( That's a cute idea about sending him a piece!
