Sometimes I get an idea in my head and get s excited that I can't stop thinking about it. Dinner tonight is one of those. I ran in to Trader Joe's to get some lettuce and saw some giant portobello mushrooms. My mind immediately went to grilled portobello 'burgers'. Side note: Yesterday I was in Williams Sonoma returning a wedding gift and picked up a veggie sheet to use on the grill. And B bought a new propane tank before he left. So grilling has been on my mind.
Anyways, I grabbed the mushrooms and some extra firm tofu and CAN NOT WAIT to marinade and grill it all up for dinner tonight. I grabbed a bottle of Two Buck Chuck, too. I'm going to have a realllly crazy night over here ;)
